ACCESSIBILITY    STATEMENT

The car park and garden are flat and all on one level. 

The car park is approximately 20 ft (6 metres)  from the front door/entrance.

Reserved parking for guests if required and on request.

We provide help with luggage.

Access for wheelchairs to ground floor of the house and garden via one 3" (75 mm) step. 

Downstairs cloakroom available.

Ample seating in the garden.

Access to 1st floor and all bedrooms via a standard staircase of 13 stairs.  A lift is not available.

Interconnecting rooms for carers if needed.  

Access to Room 1 shower via two 6" (150 mm) steps.  Two grab rails in place.

Room 2 shower in bath.

Access to Room 3 shower via one 6" (150 mm) step.  Two grab rails in place.

Beds in all rooms are either Double ( 54" )  or Single ( 36" )

Large print menu on request.

Large print "Guest Information" pack if required.

Low energy night lights available.

Owner trained in working with hearing impaired students.

Contacts with local Link Association for Deafend People.

Vibrating pillow alarm on request.

Sub-titles available for TV.

Unfortunately, we are unable to welcome any assistance dogs for allergy reasons.
